On the afternoon of April 21, the Binh Thuan Provincial Civil Servants' Union organized the handover of the Union Shelter to the grassroots union members of Binh Thuan College.
Union member Tran Dinh Khoa is a lecturer at Binh Thuan College. For many consecutive years, Mr. Khoa and his wife and young child have had to rent a house because they have not had the conditions to build a house. Both families are also old and weak, and have difficult circumstances.

Considering the proposal from the civil service union of Binh Thuan province and surveying the actual situation of union members' families, the Social Fund of the Binh Thuan Provincial Union supported 40 million VND for Mr. Khoa's family to build a Union Shelter. With a part of support from relatives and additional loans, the house in Xuan Hoa village, Phong Nam commune, Phan Thiet city has been completed.
According to the family, the house was built to maximize savings, the door was bought old to reduce costs.

At the handover ceremony of the Trade Union Shelter, Mr. Do Huu Quy - Chairman of the Binh Thuan Provincial Labor Federation presented the Decision to support the construction of the Trade Union Shelter to union member Tran Dinh Khoa and congratulated the union member on having a new house to stabilize their lives.
Many congratulations and gifts from the Provincial Labor Federation, the Provincial Civil Servants' Union, and grassroots unions were presented to the family.


Mr. Tran Dinh Khoa said that his dream of having a level 4 house has come true for his family. This is the motivation for me to overcome difficulties in life, work with peace of mind, and complete my assigned tasks well.
It is known that from 2024 to present, the Binh Thuan Provincial Civil Servants' Union has supported 10 houses for union members and policy families so that those in need have stable housing. This is also the Trade Union Shelter of the Provincial Civil Servants' Union before ending its activities.
