On the occasion of Workers' Month 2026, the preferential booth program accompanying union members, workers, and civil servants was organized at Co.opmart Phan Thiet Supermarket (Lam Dong province), attracting a large number of union members and workers to participate in shopping.
Taking advantage of the weekend, many union members, workers, civil servants and laborers came to the supermarket to choose essential items at preferential prices.

The shopping atmosphere is bustling at the booth. The supermarket also arranges staff to coordinate items for buyers to ensure diversity and quality.
The program is implemented to increase benefits for trade union members, contributing to supporting workers to reduce living expenses.
Ms. Tran Thi Xuan Tham - Chairwoman of Ham Thang Ward Trade Union said that the supermarket has issued 2,000 preferential shopping vouchers and divided them equally among the trade unions of Ham Thang and Phan Thiet wards, each unit receiving 1,000 vouchers.

After receiving, the units have allocated the number of votes to grassroots trade unions according to a ratio appropriate to the number of union members at each unit and enterprise. Thereby creating conditions for many workers to access this practical welfare program.
Union members using preferential shopping vouchers will enjoy many attractive promotions such as discounts from 30 - 50% for essential goods, supermarket branded goods or programs "buy 1 get 1 free", receive gifts.
Each promotional voucher is only used once and the quantity of products purchased according to the listings listed in the promotional sales area. Shopping time at the promotional booth is from May 29 to 31, creating conditions for union members to proactively arrange shopping time.
Mr. Ho Cong Duong - Standing Vice Chairman of the Lam Dong Provincial Labor Federation - said that this is not only a shopping promotion program but also a meaningful activity to care for the lives and welfare of workers with the desire to bring joy and practical sharing during Workers' Month.
Since the beginning of the year, trade union levels in the province have implemented many activities towards union members such as welfare programs and connecting businesses to provide preferential goods and services.

These activities not only help workers reduce the burden of spending but also show the concern and companionship of the trade union organization. Through this, union members have more trust and attachment to the trade union organization, feel secure in working, producing and contributing to the development of businesses as well as localities.
