The ceremony to honor "Initiatives and creativity among workers, civil servants and laborers in the capital" in 2025 and award the Hanoi City Skilled Workers' Competition in 2025 was organized by the City Labor Federation in coordination with the Hanoi City People's Committee.

Many inventions, initiatives, technical solutions, application of scientific and technical advances, innovation of equipment and technological methods of workers and civil servants have been implemented, helping businesses and units overcome difficulties, maintain production and business, promote increased labor productivity, improve competitiveness; limit occupational accidents and diseases, promote production development, improve workers' lives and social security in the capital.
In 2025, 80,925 initiatives were recognized at the grassroots level. From 682 initiatives and scientific topics selected for proposals from the grassroots level, the Emulation Council of the City Labor Federation has selected and recognized 100 outstanding "Initiatives and Creativity among Workers and Civil Servants in the Capital" in 2025, and submitted to the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor to award the Creative Labor Certificate to 11 individuals with outstanding initiatives.
Of the total 682 initiatives sent to the Hanoi City Labor Federation, there are 536 initiatives that are calculated to be worth profits in money, with a profit of more than 363 billion VND. Many initiatives applied by workers not only bring high economic efficiency, benefiting businesses with tens or hundreds of billions of VND per year, but many initiatives also have positive significance in terms of social security, creating jobs for thousands of workers in the capital.
The 2025 Hanoi City Skilled Workers' Competition will take place on October 25 - 26 at Hanoi High School for the Gifted, with 11 competitions, including: Electrical Engineering; Electrical Engineering; CNC; Electrical Engineering; Korea CO2 and Korea Tig; Industrial Electronics; Industrial Engineering; Computer drawing and design; Industrial sewing; Automotive Engineering.
Based on the results, the Jury proposed that the Organizing Committee of the Competition decide to grant Certificates and bonuses to 112 prize winners, including: 11 First prizes, 22 Second prizes, 33 Third prizes, and 46 Encouragement prizes. In particular, the contestants who won first prizes in 11 competitions, in addition to the prize of 10 million VND, were also awarded Certificates of Merit by the Hanoi People's Committee.
