Accordingly, Phuc Tho District Labor Federation organized a Summary of the work of the Education Sector Trade Union in the 2024-2025 school year and a Summary of 5 years of implementing Directive 05 of the Politburo on promoting the study and following of Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style.
According to Ms. Nguyen Thi Lan Anh - President of Phuc Tho District Labor Federation, in the 2024-2025 school year, grassroots trade unions in the education sector have closely followed the political tasks of the industry, actively innovated the content and methods of operation, cared for the lives, and protected the legitimate rights of cadres, teachers, and staff.
Patriotic emulation movements, especially the emulation movement "Good teaching - Good learning" associated with studying and following Uncle Ho, have been widely and effectively implemented, creating positive changes in awareness and action of cadres and union members. After 5 years of implementing Directive 05-CT/TW of the Politburo, trade unions at all levels of Phuc Tho district have had many creative and practical ways of doing things, closely following the characteristics of each industry and each locality.
The movement of learning and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style does not stop at slogans and plans, but has become a specific action, a daily activity of many cadres, union members and workers.
Evaluating the results of the movement implementation as well as the efforts of individuals, the District Labor Federation decided to award 13 outstanding individuals with achievements in studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style.
This is also an opportunity to evaluate the achieved results, commend outstanding collectives and individuals and continue to affirm the role and position of the Trade Union organization in the cause of education, building a team of exemplary and responsible trade union officials.
