The school trade union under the Thuong Tin District Labor Federation currently has 91 grassroots trade unions with 3,818 union members.
In the past school year, the Labor Federation coordinated with the District Department of Education and Training to continue directing schools to coordinate in effectively organizing emulation movements and excellently completing the targets set for the school year.
Trade union activities in the entire education sector have been raised in position, affirming the potential in the general movement of workers, civil servants and laborers in the whole district.
The emulation movements took place enthusiastically, effectively and positively impacted the educational environment as well as the quality of the staff, teachers, and workers. In particular, the Trade Unions of schools have actively implemented emulation movements with industry characteristics, arousing creativity and enthusiasm of the teaching staff; effectively implementing activities to care for and protect the legitimate rights and interests of union members in schools...
On this occasion, the District Labor Federation awarded the Emulation Flag of the Hanoi City Labor Federation to 2 collectives; Certificates of Merit of the Hanoi City Labor Federation to 4 collectives and 8 individuals; Certificates of Merit of the District Labor Federation to 18 collectives and 81 individuals with outstanding achievements in trade union activities and emulation movements in the 2024 - 2025 school year.
