200 workers in Hoa Binh join trade union

Hoa Binh - On January 16, Lac Son District Labor Federation held a ceremony to announce the decision to admit union members and establish the grassroots union of Master Toys Company Limited.

The company currently has over 200 workers, operating in the field of manufacturing children's toys for export.

Understanding the desire of workers at the company to join the Trade Union, Lac Son District Labor Federation guided the establishment of a grassroots Trade Union and admitted 208 workers into the Trade Union; appointed 3 comrades to participate in the Executive Committee, holding the positions of Chairman and Vice Chairman of the grassroots Trade Union.

At the ceremony, the leaders of the District Labor Federation congratulated the employees of the company on joining the Trade Union. At the same time, the task assigned to the Provisional Executive Committee is to focus on building the Regulations on the operation of the Executive Committee, the Regulations on coordination between the Trade Union Executive Committee and the Company Director, democratic regulations...; assign specific tasks to each member of the Executive Committee; actively coordinate with the Board of Directors to organize the good implementation of democratic regulations at the company.

The District Labor Federation also requires the grassroots Trade Union to closely follow the direction of the higher-level Trade Union to organize activities well, care for and protect workers.

On this occasion, the leaders of the Provincial Labor Federation presented 20 gifts (500,000 VND/gift) to disadvantaged workers at the company.
