At Luxshare - ICT Company Limited (Van Trung), the Company's Board of Directors closely coordinated with the Company's Trade Union Executive Committee to organize a regular employee dialogue conference in 2025.
Attending the conference were Ms. Nguyen Thi Minh Ngoc - Vice President of the Provincial Labor Federation and Head of the Industrial Park Trade Union; Mr. Ly Chung Uy - General Director of Luxshare - ICT Company Limited (Van Trung); Mr. Truong Tieu Kien - General Director of the company; Mr. Bui Van Truong - Member of the Provincial Labor Federation Executive Committee, Chairman of the Company's Trade Union.
Also attending the conference were comrades from the Board of Directors, the Executive Committee of the Company's Trade Union and 200 union members and employees working directly at the company.
The regular employee dialogue conference is an opportunity for the two sides (employers and employees) to discuss and discuss openly and frankly on issues related to the rights, interests and obligations of both sides, including: The production and business situation of the Company in 2025. Implementation of regimes and policies related to wages, bonuses, social insurance, and occupational safety and hygiene. Collecting opinions and recommendations from workers on working conditions, benefits and other issues to improve the working environment.
