On April 16, at the premises of the bird's nest - seaweed production factory (Dak Loc Industrial Cluster, Bac Nha Trang ward, Khanh Hoa province), DT Food Joint Stock Company (D&TGROUP) in coordination with a medical unit organized health check-ups for 250 workers.
The program is implemented to monitor, evaluate and improve the physical condition of workers, helping officials and employees feel secure in working and long-term attachment to the business.

Here, workers are examined for many contents such as: General examination of internal medicine specialists, BMI index measurement, examination of eyes, ears – nose – throat, teeth – jaw – face, dermatology; gynecological examination for female workers; clinical examination for breast cancer screening; hepatitis A test, drug test.
In addition, employees are also given occupational health check-ups with contents such as occupational health counseling, skin pH measurement, hearing measurement. All health check-up costs are paid by the enterprise.
According to Mr. Nguyen Quang Duy - General Director of the Company, organizing health check-ups right at the factory helps optimize time, ensuring 100% of workers are fully checked. At the same time, this activity demonstrates the proactiveness and responsibility of the enterprise in caring for the lives and health of workers.

This is not only an annual activity but also part of DTGROUP's sustainable development strategy, with the orientation of putting people at the center. Initial examination results show that 100% of employees ensure good health.
Also according to Mr. Duy, in 2025, despite the impact of the natural disaster market, revenue decreased compared to the previous year, but businesses still made efforts to maintain and increase welfare regimes for workers.
During Tet 2026, employees are rewarded with the 13th month salary according to working hours. In addition, many additional bonus levels are implemented such as rewarding 1/2 of the 14th month salary for 44 employees, rewarding the full 14th month salary for 28 employees. In particular, 15 excellent employees are rewarded with the 15th month salary.
The bonus ranges from more than 7 million VND to over 33 million VND per person. In addition, all employees received Tet gift baskets worth 750,000 VND and lucky money of 100,000 VND. The Company also coordinated with the Trade Union to give gifts and cash to support 25 union members in difficult circumstances and affected by natural disasters.
Right at the beginning of 2026, the Trade Union and the Company coordinated to organize a 3-day 2-night resort trip in Buon Ma Thuot for workers, contributing to energy regeneration and strengthening internal cohesion.
