The 3 newly established grassroots trade unions include: The grassroots trade union of the Enterprise Service and Support Center; The grassroots trade union of Viet Chuan Plastic Joint Stock Company; The grassroots trade union of Viet Chuan Joint Stock Company performs its tasks and powers according to the provisions of law and the Charter of the Vietnam Trade Union.
The grassroots trade unions will quickly develop and promulgate regulations on the operation of the Executive Committee, the Inspection Committee and assign tasks to each member.
In particular, grassroots trade unions focus on implementing well the work of caring for, ensuring legitimate and legal rights and interests and improving welfare regimes for union members and workers. Thereby, contributing to stabilizing labor relations, helping union members and workers feel secure in their work, stick together, and contribute to the enterprise.
Another task of grassroots trade unions after coming into operation is to effectively implement propaganda and education work among union members and workers; organize emulation movements well, thereby encouraging workers to actively study and practice to improve their professional skills, increase labor productivity, improve product quality, help businesses develop sustainably, while ensuring jobs, income and life for union members and workers.
