According to initial information, at around 10:35 a.m. today (September 28), at the Duong Huy Coal Company's mine site, a gas problem occurred in the mine, causing 3 workers of the Dao Dong 3 Workshop of the Mining Construction Company - the unit constructing the mine road for Duong Huy Coal Company - to be stuck.
Immediately after receiving the information, Mr. Vu Dai Thang, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation and Mr. Bui Van Khang, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, directed and assigned Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Van Cong and the provincial working delegation to coordinate with the leaders of the Vietnam National Coal and Mineral Industries Group to the scene to direct and implement the work to overcome the incident.
