Many job opportunities for workers
Recorded in the early days of March 2026, hundreds of workers came to the facilities of the Ho Chi Minh City Employment Service Center to look for job opportunities. Here, most are workers who quit their jobs before Tet and are looking for new job opportunities.
Many workers participate in job transaction sessions organized in Thuan Giao ward. Workers can bring documents to directly interview and learn about career opportunities at businesses.
In addition, workers can refer to recruitment information (job positions, salaries, policies) of companies listed in the Center's yard. When workers find businesses according to their wishes, they can contact the recruiter directly or ask the Center to connect.
Ms. Vu Thi Anh (30 years old, from Quang Ninh) said that she just quit her job in her hometown to go to Ho Chi Minh City to find a job.
Working at a coal mine in my hometown is a bit hard, so I came to Ho Chi Minh City to look for new job opportunities. I hope to find a stable job so that I can stick with it for a long time. Regarding welfare, I want to find businesses that participate in social insurance and unemployment insurance. The company also has Tet bonuses for employees" - Ms. Vu Thi Anh shared.
Go to the industrial park to find a job
Recorded in Di An and Thuan Giao wards, in industrial parks, many companies are hanging recruitment signs. However, the number of people looking for jobs here is less than every year. Similarly, in Binh Duong ward, there are currently 6 industrial parks with dozens of export goods manufacturing enterprises in need of recruitment.
At Dong An 2 industrial park (Binh Duong ward), some businesses also set up tables in front of the gate to welcome workers.
Mr. Tran Duc Huy (46, from Quang Tri) went to industrial parks in Binh Duong ward to find a company to recruit drivers.
Before, I worked in Tan Binh Industrial Park, Ho Chi Minh City, but the company went bankrupt and lost my job. At the beginning of this year, I came to Binh Duong ward, hoping to find a job with an income of 16-20 million VND" - Mr. Huy shared.
Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Duc (40 years old, from Vinh Long) said that at the beginning of the year, 3 people in his family came to Binh Duong ward to find jobs.
“I, my wife and younger sister, returned to Binh Duong hoping to find a job in the electronics sector with an income of 12-14 million VND/month. At the same time, find businesses that fully pay all types of insurance for employees” - Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Duc shared.
