On the morning of October 26, the delegation attended the 11th National Patriotic Emulation Congress for workers and civil servants to attend the ceremony to report on the contributions of Uncle Ho at President Ho Chi Minh's Mausoleum.
Attending the press conference were: Mr. Nguyen Dinh Khang - Member of the Party Central Committee, Member of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of the Fatherland Front, Central Trade Unions, Vice Chairman of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, Party Secretary, President of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor; Ms. Thai Thu Xuong - Permanent Vice President of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor.

Attending the press conference were members of the Presidium, members of the Executive Committee of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor; leaders of departments and units under the General Confederation, delegates of the Provincial and Municipal Labor Federations; Central and equivalent industry unions, and General Corporation unions under the General Confederation.
400 delegates compete patriotically for the 11th national emulation of workers and civil servants in 2025 to attend the ceremony.
At the ceremony, delegates listened to Uncle Ho's call for patriotic emulation.
In front of the spirit of President Ho Chi Minh, on behalf of the delegation, Mr. Le Nhat Truong - Chairman of the Trade Union of PouSung Vietnam Co., Ltd. - reported the offering to Uncle Ho.

Mr. Le Nhat Truong said that during his lifetime, he always paid special attention to union members, workers and the Vietnam Trade Union. His thoughts are the guiding principle for all activities, in each stage of growth and development of the working class, of the Vietnam Trade Union and of each worker.

"Invescating Uncle Ho's teaching "Emulation is patriotism, patriotism must compete and those competing are the most patriotic", we have always strived, strived to study, improved our skills, innovated working style and methods, mastered knowledge and skills to serve work, constantly innovated, creative, approached and applied advanced science and technology to production; actively participated in union activities, for the rights of union members and workers", said Mr. Le Nhat Truong.
According to Mr. Le Nhat Truong, the 400 advanced examples attending the Uncle's donation ceremony today are a vivid testament to his results in studying and following his ideology, morality and style.
"This is an great honor and pride, and at the same time an opportunity for each of us to reflect on ourselves, to continue to follow Uncle Ho's example, to strive constantly in working, studying and contributing," said Mr. Le Nhat Truong emotionally.
Mr. Le Nhat Truong said that this is also an opportunity to affirm the role of the Vietnam Trade Union in accompanying, caring for, protecting the legitimate rights and interests of union members and workers, improving their lives, stabilizing jobs and contributing to "building our country more decent and more beautiful" as Uncle Ho's wish.
"We are determined to use all our efforts and intelligence to contribute to building a modern and strong working class, worthy of being a pioneer force in implementing the task of rapid and sustainable development of the country," Mr. Le Nhat Truong promised.
After the pressing ceremony, the delegates offered incense, flowers and visited President Ho Chi Minh.

After the pressing ceremony, delegates will attend the 11th National Patriotic Emulation Congress for Workers and Civil Servants (2025-2030) at the Vietnam-Soviet Friendship Labor Cultural Palace, Hanoi City.

This event was attended by 400 delegates representing typical advanced collectives and individuals (117 collectives, 283 individuals). 80 outstanding advanced models (37 collectives, 43 individuals) were honored at the congress.
Among the delegates attending, there were 69 direct workers and laborers; and 116 female delegates.
