Most recently, some fake fanpages have posted information about the express electric vehicle purchase incentive program for only 286,000 VND.
If members show interest and interaction with these contents, members will be "admined" by the fanpage to access through chat software to lure, request to declare personal information and transfer money to "receive incentives".
As a result, people may lose money, and at the same time lose information and personal accounts to criminals.
VinFast affirmed that this is not a promotional program implemented by VinFast; the product is "sold at preferential prices" such as advertising is not a product of VinFast; and the fanpages posting this information are all fake fanpages.
VinFast has reported to the social networking platform provider to request intervention and handling. However, to protect customer rights and brand reputation, VinFast recommends that people be vigilant and cautious with information on social networks.
