According to the VNPT Trade Union (under the Vietnam Union of Science and Technology), to realize the goals and tasks of improving the quality of trade union officials at all levels in Resolution No. 15-NQCĐ/ĐUTĐ dated August 15, 2025 of the Group's Party Committee on enhancing the position and role of the Vietnam Posts and Telecommunications Trade Union in the new situation, immediately after the congresses at all levels for the term 2025-2030, the VNPT Trade Union focused on building the content of the training program and issued plan No. 1202/CĐVNPT-CS dated November 13, 2025 on organizing professional training and operating skills for trade union officials (CBCĐ) on the E-Learning system.
In the process of implementation, VNPT Trade Union and grassroots trade unions have had many solutions and initiatives on organization and management of learners to achieve the best results, making efforts to guide and urge 100% of trade union officials from the group level to participate and complete the course as required. The course results have contributed to equipping knowledge and skills for trade union officials at all levels right from the beginning of the 2025-2030 term, thereby improving the effectiveness of trade union activities at all levels.
The results of implementing the training program are as follows: Total number of CBCĐ (from the group level) participating in studying: 4,516, reaching a rate of 100%; average score of assessment tests: 7. 7 points/shang of 10 points; 100% of emulation blocks, units have completed the content and deadlines set.
According to the VNPT Trade Union, the above results were achieved thanks to the active participation of the heads of emulation blocs, the chairmen, vice chairmen, grassroots trade union officials and the active support of officials in charge of training work of the Center for Human Resource Development.
Among them, typical are the emulation blocks completed earliest, Blocks No. 1 and No. 3.
