Not only Ms. Lieu, many other union members also benefit from policies to reduce travel service prices, purchase essential goods and health care from union member welfare programs implemented by the Trade Union levels of Khanh Hoa province.
In October 2025, the Provincial Industrial Park Trade Union signed a cooperation agreement with Khai Minh Benefit Company to improve the quality and scope of benefits.
According to the signed agreement, the two sides will organize welfare fairs in industrial parks, factories and boarding houses, providing essential goods such as rice, cooking oil, fish sauce, milk... at preferential prices. At the same time, the online welfare supermarket model is also being implemented, helping union members to shop anytime, anywhere.
Periodic promotions and separate discount codes for union members are applied at prices 10% to 40% lower than the market. Businesses also coordinate to give gifts to union members in difficult circumstances and deduct a portion of profits to implement social security activities.
More than 60,000 union members benefit
According to the Khanh Hoa Provincial Labor Federation, in the period 2023 - 2025, trade union levels signed 46 cooperation agreements with businesses, bringing many practical incentives to union members.
The programs not only support price reductions for goods and services but also focus on health care for workers, such as deploying 10,000 free liver cancer screening kits, health counseling for 10,000 union members, and reducing prices for other testing services. In total, more than 60,000 union members have benefited, with a total welfare value of more than 6 billion VND.
Grasping the increasing consumer demand at the end of the year, the Provincial Labor Federation coordinated to organize the "Trade Union Tet Week" at Co.opmart supermarket with discounts from 15 - 20% for more than 100 items. Along with that, the "Trade Union Tet Market" is organized with many preferential booths, helping union members access quality goods at reasonable prices.
According to Mr. Phan Thanh Liem - Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province, Chairman of the Khanh Hoa Provincial Labor Federation, from the achieved results, the Trade Union levels of Khanh Hoa determined to continue to focus resources to implement major activities in the peak period of Tet care in 2026, Workers' Month... In addition, the Provincial Labor Federation also strengthens coordination with the government and businesses to promote union member welfare from the grassroots level to improve the actual lives of workers.
