The Trade Union of Sedo Vinako Co., Ltd. (Duy Xuyen commune, Da Nang city) has just organized a program to propagate and disseminate policies and laws to more than 5,000 union members, workers, and laborers.
At the program, workers were disseminated the provisions of the Trade Union Law, Labor Code, Social Insurance Law, Law on Occupational Safety and Health; regulations on fire prevention and fighting, rescue and relief and new policies currently in effect.
Many pressing issues such as salaries, working hours, social insurance regimes, and safety at the workplace were also discussed and answered directly by reporters. Through this, employees better understand their rights, obligations and responsibilities to comply with business regulations.
According to the Trade Union of Sedo Vinako Co., Ltd., legal propaganda activities are maintained regularly to improve discipline, industrial style and the ability to protect the legitimate rights of workers.
The program also contributes to building a safe and stable working environment, increasing the connection between workers and businesses and promoting harmonious and progressive labor relations.
