The Hanoi Employment Service Center in coordination with the 5 provinces of Bac Ninh, Hai Phong, Phu Tho, Tuyen Quang and Thai Nguyen has just organized an online job fair.
The job fair is also held synchronously on 14 satellite job exchanges in Hanoi, helping workers easily access recruitment information from many localities.
The session attracted 73 units and enterprises to participate with 10,945 recruitment targets. Hanoi has 42 enterprises with 1,116 targets; Bac Ninh has 10 enterprises with 2,933 targets; Hai Phong has 5 enterprises with 561 targets; Thai Nguyen has 5 enterprises with 1,000 targets; Tuyen Quang has 5 enterprises with 3,710 targets; Phu Tho has 6 enterprises with 1,625 targets.
Of the 42 participating enterprises in recruitment in Hanoi, the trade - service sector has 22 enterprises (accounting for 52.4%). The remaining fields include: production, study abroad consulting - training, engineering... Participating businesses have a large recruitment demand, in many occupations, from unskilled labor to management.
According to the Hanoi Employment Service Center, out of 1,116 recruitment targets in Hanoi, the demand for recruitment of workers with college - university degrees or higher is 424 targets, accounting for 38%; intermediate level - technical workers is 351 targets, accounting for 31.5%; unskilled workers is 341 targets, accounting for 30.5%. This structure shows that businesses are focusing on recruiting specialized and skilled human resources, especially in high-quality technical, management and service positions.
Regarding income, from 15 million VND/month or more, there are 175 targets, accounting for 15.7%; from 10 to 15 million VND/month, there are 468 targets, accounting for 41.9%; from 7 to 10 million VND/month, there are 341 targets, accounting for 30.6%; from 5 to 7 million VND/month, there are 114 targets, accounting for 10.2%; the agreed income is 18 targets.
Notably, the session attracted workers aged 18 - 25, with 435 out of a total of 1,116 targets in Hanoi, accounting for 38.9%.
