Hanoi City Labor Federation will organize the program "Tet Sum Vay - Xuan Ung Deng" on February 7, 2026 (Saturday, December 20, At Ty 2025) at the Hall of the Vietnam-Soviet Friendship Labor Cultural Palace. At the program, 600 union members and employees in especially difficult circumstances will receive a subsidy of VND 1,000,000, a gift worth VND 300,000 and a shopping voucher worth VND 500,000 to buy goods at the "Union Tet Market - Spring 2026" organized by the Hanoi City Labor Federation.
