On September 17, the Party Committee of the Hai Phong Economic Zone Management Board directed the Party Cell of the Economic Zone Enterprise to organize the Party Admission Ceremony for 64 outstanding masses working at enterprises in industrial parks and Hai Phong economic zones. The ceremony was held at the Memorial House of Comrade Le Thanh Nghi (Gia Loc commune, Hai Phong city).
The 64 outstanding masses admitted to the Party this time are workers, laborers, employees, technical and professional staff and management staff working at enterprises. In the process of working, the masses actively trained, completed tasks, participated in Trade Union activities, built corporate culture and were recognized by the Party organization and collectives at work.
Mr. Nguyen Duc Tung (born in 1987, working at Poyun Electronics Vietnam Co., Ltd., Phu Thai commune), said that joining the ranks of the Party is an honor and also a responsibility for himself.
After working and training at the enterprise, Mr. Nguyen Duc Tung determined to continue to strive to complete the assigned tasks well, strictly comply with the company's internal regulations and rules, and constantly learn and train to fulfill the responsibilities of a party member well.

At the ceremony, new party members were announced, awarded admission decisions and sworn in under the Party flag, national flag, and portrait of President Ho Chi Minh.
Mr. Duong Van Xuyen - Deputy Head of Hai Phong Economic Zone Management Board - acknowledged the efforts of the Business Branch of the Economic Zone, mass organizations, party members assigned to help and businesses in the work of discovering and fostering outstanding masses.
He requested each new party member to keep their oath, seriously perform the duties of a party member; proactively study political theory, Party Charter, resolutions, and regulations of the Party; actively train and strive to become official party members after a period of probation.
According to the report of the Party Committee of the Hai Phong Economic Zone Management Board, in September 2026, the Party Committee issued a resolution to admit 102 outstanding masses admitted to the Party, completing 146% of the party member development target in the third quarter and 100% of the party member development target in 2026.
Among the 102 newly admitted party members, there are 89 outstanding masses who are workers, laborers, employees, technical and professional staff and management staff working at enterprises without party organizations.
Thus, as of September 2026, the Party Committee issued a decision to establish 13 new party organizations, completing 108% of the annual target; admitted 220 new party members, reaching 100% of the full-year target, completing and exceeding the assigned plan 1 quarter in advance.
