The Ministry of Education and Training has just issued Decision No. 2700/QD-BGDDT dated September 15, 2026 on merging Hoa Binh College of Economics - Technology and Hoa Binh College of Technology and Technology into Song Da Vocational College, and renaming it Hoa Binh College of Technology.
After the merger, Hoa Binh College of Technology is a public non-business unit, a vocational education institution directly under Phu Tho Provincial People's Committee.
The school has legal status, seal, private account and operates in accordance with legal regulations.
Phu Tho Provincial People's Committee is responsible for directing the handover and reception of learners, personnel, finance and assets of the schools in their original state.
The merger process must ensure normal operation, protect the legitimate rights of relevant parties, and absolutely prevent negativity, loss or waste of assets.
The decision takes effect from the date of signing. The Chairman of Phu Tho Provincial People's Committee, leaders of relevant units and principals of schools are responsible for implementing this decision.
