Recently, the Trade Union of Lang Son General Hospital organized the "Union Meal" program to thank union members and workers for their attachment and contribution to the development of the unit.
The program was attended by Mr. Luong Chi Cong - Vice Chairman of the Provincial Labor Federation, Head of the Trade Union Work Committee; Hospital Leadership Committee; Grassroots Trade Union Executive Committee and 710 union members and workers.
At the hospital's 5th floor hall, hot, nutritious meals carefully prepared brought joy and encouragement to workers in the hot days. Each meal is worth 100,000 VND, taken from the regular operating fund of the grassroots trade union and support funds from the Provincial Labor Federation, with the joint contribution of hospital staff.
Union Meal is not simply a meal but also a message of gratitude, expressing the deep concern of the union organization for union members and workers.
The program creates conditions for leaders of units, trade unions and workers to have the opportunity to meet, share their thoughts and feelings, thereby becoming more connected in work as well as in life.
Through this meaningful activity, the Trade Union of Lang Son General Hospital hopes to encourage union members and workers to continue to promote the spirit of enthusiasm, creativity, preservation and spreading the noble qualities of the doctor " healing is like a model". At the same time, it contributes to building a stable and harmonious working environment, improving the quality of life, creating trust and attachment between workers and the trade union organization.
