6 new Collective Labor Agreements have been signed; 14 grassroots trade unions have coordinated to amend, supplement, and re-sign the agreement; 255 grassroots trade unions in the enterprise sector have negotiated to increase the salary support for employees from VND 20,000/meal or more.
12 direct superior trade unions have signed 30 union member welfare programs, creating conditions for more than 27,960 union members to enjoy preferential services with a benefit of VND6.85 billion.
The work of caring for the material and spiritual lives and ensuring the welfare of union members and workers continues to be widely and effectively implemented.
As a result of the first 6 months of the year, Ha Tinh trade unions at all levels presented 55,550 gifts to union members in difficult circumstances with a total value of more than 23.3 billion VND, of which nearly 14.2 billion VND was mobilized from socialized sources.
The Ha Tinh Trade Union Social Fund supported the construction and repair of 88 "Union Shelters" with a budget of more than 2.5 billion VND; supported the construction of a teacher's boarding house at Cam Lac Primary School with a total investment of 2.94 billion VND and renovated a boarding house for union members at the Provincial Television Station with a budget of 667 million VND.
Cultural, artistic, physical education and sports movements are widely organized, creating a vibrant and exciting atmosphere among union members and workers. On occasions such as March 8, March 20, Workers' Month... there are 9 grassroots trade unions coordinating to organize sports tournaments, 98.5% of grassroots trade unions organize cultural and sports activities attracting more than 50,000 union members and employees to participate, contributing to training, improving health and strengthening solidarity and cohesion between units and enterprises.
The leaders of the Ha Tinh Provincial Federation of Labor determined that in the coming time, the Ha Tinh Trade Union will continue to guide the grassroots trade unions to coordinate with employers to improve the quality of negotiating, signing and implementing Collective Labor Agreements; organize dialogues at the workplace; participate in giving opinions on the construction of salary scales and salary tables; survey, grasp the ideological situation of union members and workers, study, propose and participate in promptly resolving issues related to the rights of union members and workers.
