Youme Law Firm LLC said that according to the Resolution on the State budget estimate for 2024 of the National Assembly, from July 1, 2024, implementing overall salary policy reform according to Resolution No. 27-NQ/TW dated May 21, 2018 of the 7th Conference of the 12th Central Executive Committee.
One of the contents that has received much attention from cadres, civil servants, public employees, and workers in the public sector is the allowances under the new salary regime from July 1, 2024.
According to Resolution 27-NQ/TW in 2018 of the 7th Conference of the 12th Central Executive Committee, there are 9 types of allowances under the new salary regime from July 1, 2024.
Specifically, according to Section 3.1, Sub-section 3, Section 2 of Resolution 27-NQ/TW in 2018, there are 9 types of allowances applied to civil servants, public employees and armed forces, including:
- Concurrent allowances;
- Seniority allowance exceeds the framework;
- Regional allowances;
- Work responsibility allowance;
- Mobile allowances;
- Allowances according to profession;
- Allowances for working in particularly difficult areas;
- Allowances according to administrative unit classification;
- Allowances specifically applied to the armed forces.
