According to Clause 1, Article 7 of Decree 72/2020/ND-CP, amended by Clause 1, Article 1 of Decree 16/2025/ND-CP effective from March 23, 2025, the allowance for command position of the Village team leader is as follows:
Village team leader: 280,800 VND and receive an additional 100% allowance for the position of team leader when concurrently holding the position of on-site militia team leader, or 100% allowance for the position of platoon leader when concurrently holding the position of on-site militia team leader. In case the village organizes a militia group on site, it will receive an additional 100% of the position allowance of the squad leader.
In addition, according to Clause 2, Article 8 of Decree 72/2020/ND-CP, amended by Point c, Clause 2, Article 1 of Decree 16/2025/ND-CP effective from March 23, 2025, the monthly allowance for the Village Team Leader is as follows:
For the Village Team Leader: The monthly allowance level is decided by the Provincial People's Committee and submitted to the People's Council of the same level, but not lower than VND 1,170,000".
Thus, the Village Team Leader will receive 2 allowances in 2025 with the levels prescribed as above.
