According to the Hanoi Employment Service Center, in September 2025, the Hanoi Employment Service Center organized 19 job fairs, with 557 recruiting units and enterprises; 4,040 workers registered to participate. Of which, 2,755 people were interviewed and 975 people were recruited at the session.
In September 2025, the whole city of Hanoi created new jobs for 19,016 workers, of which 1,162 people received jobs through job fairs, exchanges and job introduction activities at the Hanoi Employment Service Center. 345 people have had jobs created through labor export; 15,255 people have had jobs created through other forms.
In the first 9 months of 2025, Hanoi City has created jobs for 178,875 workers, reaching 105.84% of the 2025 plan, an increase of 0.07% over the same period in 2024. Of which, jobs were created for 45,278 people from the city budget entrusted through the Social Policy Bank with an amount of VND 3,761 billion.
There are 19,859 workers who have found jobs through consulting services, sessions, job exchanges, and job service centers. 3,052 people have had jobs created through labor export; 110,686 workers have had jobs created through other forms.
