On October 4, a mobile job fair took place in Tien Thang commune, attracting 30 units and enterprises to participate in recruitment with 2,180 targets, of which 421 job targets were over 15 million VND/month.
According to the leader of Tien Thang commune, the locality has a population of about 64,246 people, with 22 villages. Currently, the problem of solving employment for workers still faces many challenges, workers find it difficult to find jobs that suit their needs, employers need workers but still lack information...; enrollment of vocational training institutions is difficult.
Mr. Nguyen Tay Nam - Deputy Director of the Hanoi Department of Home Affairs said that immediately after the city implemented the two-level local government, the Hanoi Department of Home Affairs advised the City People's Committee to issue Plan No. 199/KH-UBND dated July 24, 2025 on supporting and developing the labor market, creating jobs for workers in the last 6 months of 2025, ensuring that it is suitable for the practical situation.
The Department also advised the City People's Committee to issue Plan No. 220/KH-UBND dated August 1, 2025 on organizing training, vocational training and job creation for civil servants, public employees, contract workers and part-time workers who quit their jobs due to organizational restructuring in administrative agencies at all levels of Hanoi City. Thanks to that, in the first 9 months of 2025, Hanoi created jobs for 178,875 workers, exceeding the annual plan by 5.84.
According to statistics from the Hanoi Employment Service Center, the Tien Thang Commune mobile job fair in 2025 has 30 units and enterprises participating in recruitment and enrollment with a total of 2,180 targets.
Enterprises recruit a variety of job positions such as: Head, Deputy Head; sales staff; office staff; warehouse manager; engineer; tailor; driver; unskilled laborers... Income level over 15 million VND/month has 421 targets; income level from 10 - 15 million VND/month has 611 targets; income level from 7 - 10 million VND/month has 730 targets; 351 targets have income level of 5 - 7 million VND/month.
Ms. Tran Thi Mai attended the job fair on October 4 in Tien Thang commune with the hope of finding a seasonal job. Ms. Mai is currently a contract English teacher for a private kindergarten.
"I want to find an extra job during the off-season. I do not focus too much on income but want to find a flexible and relaxing working environment. I hope to participate in today's job fair and have the opportunity to find a satisfactory job," said Ms. Mai.
Mr. Nguyen Van Dai read the information of the job fair with 351 targets with an income of 5 - 7 million VND/month for seasonal - part-time or for recent graduates, unskilled workers in internship, simple work positions... immediately looking for opportunities.
Mr. Dai said that he has just graduated from a vocational college and has not found a job, so he wants to find an internship job to gain more experience and income. Mr. Duc's wish is to find a job near home to reduce the cost of renting a house, traveling...
According to Deputy Director of the Hanoi Department of Home Affairs Nguyen Tay Nam, organizing mobile vocational training sessions is of practical significance, as one of the solutions to promote the development of the labor market. This is not only an opportunity to connect workers with businesses, production and business establishments, and training facilities, but also a good opportunity for young workers to access the labor market, provided with labor market information to learn, equip themselves with basic knowledge and skills, and the ability to adapt to changes in the job market.
