On August 19, the Da Nang City Labor Federation (DLF) coordinated with the Trade Union of Da Nang RGM One Member Co., Ltd. (Dien Nam - Dien Ngoc Industrial Park, Dien Ban Dong Ward) to organize a "Union Meal" for 765 union members, workers and laborers of the company.
This is a practical activity to celebrate the 80th anniversary of the successful August Revolution (August 19, 1945 - August 19, 2025) and the National Day of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam (September 2, 1945 - September 2, 2025) and aims to build a warm and cohesive working environment.
The program was attended by Ms. Ho Thi Lan Huong - Vice President of the City Labor Federation, along with business leaders, the Executive Committee of the grassroots Trade Union and many union members.
In a friendly atmosphere, workers, laborers, union leaders and businesses gathered at a simple but emotional meal. This is not only a nutritious meal but also an opportunity for union members to share their thoughts and aspirations, strengthening the connection between workers and the union organization and between workers and the enterprise.
Sharing at the meeting, many workers expressed their excitement, clearly feeling the attention and support from the union and business leaders.
On this occasion, the City Labor Federation presented 10 gifts, each worth 1 million VND, to union members in difficult circumstances; and supported more than 22 million VND to organize a "Union Meal".
Ms. Ho Thi Lan Huong - Vice President of the City Labor Federation - emphasized that "Union Meal" is a meaningful activity, demonstrating the concern of the union organization for the lives of union members, contributing to encouraging and motivating the spirit of workers to feel secure in their commitment and efforts in their work.
