The program is organized based on the spirit of dialogue and negotiation between the union and the employer, ensuring that the shift meals are of higher quality than usual.
The implementation funding source is partly supported by the Trade Union organization, the rest is supported by enterprises.
The "Union Meal" organized by the Chieng Ve Tea Joint Stock Company's Trade Union is worth VND 120,000/meal. The meal was organized to ensure food safety and hygiene, without interrupting production and business activities and especially creating opportunities for union members and employees in the Company to meet and chat in a warm and friendly atmosphere.
This is also the time for the Union to demonstrate its role as a bridge between union members and employees and the Company's Board of Directors.
"Union Meal" both shows practical care for the spiritual life of union members and employees and demonstrates the sense of responsibility and companionship of the Trade Union organization with each union member.
