The purpose is to promptly deploy documents directing and guiding the organization of grassroots trade union congresses for the 2025-2030 term. Support and guide grassroots trade unions on contents related to the organization of congresses, contributing significantly to the successful organization of trade union congresses for the 2025-2030 term. Organize conferences in accordance with the actual situation of trade union activities in the locality, organize in many areas, create favorable conditions for grassroots trade unions (CDCS) and trade unions to attend, ensure quality, efficiency and in the spirit of thrift.
At the conference, the Plan to organize the Congress of Ward, Special Zone Trade Unions, Trade Unions, and Trade Unions towards the 1st Congress of An Giang Provincial Trade Unions, term 2025-2030 will be implemented. Instructions on personnel work, Plan for allocating delegates to the 1st An Giang Provincial Trade Union Congress.
Implement Guidelines for developing Documents and collecting comments on the contribution of Documents to the First Congress of the An Giang Provincial Trade Union, term 2025-2030. Implement the Expenditure Guidelines for Ward Trade Union Congresses, Special Zone Trade Unions, and Trade Unions.
Implement Guidelines for propagating the 1st grassroots trade union congress and the An Giang Provincial Trade Union Congress for the 2025-2030 term; guidelines for decorating and honoring the organization of grassroots trade union congresses for the 2025-2030 term.
The conference was held in 3 areas. In Kien Luong commune: Chairman or Vice Chairman of grassroots unions and trade unions in 16 communes, wards and neighboring communes with grassroots unions under the province. Estimated number of 150 delegates.
In Chau Doc ward, there are Chairmen or Vice Chairmen of grassroots unions and trade unions in 29 communes, wards and neighboring communes with grassroots unions under the province. Estimated number of 150 delegates.
In Long Xuyen ward, there are Chairmen or Vice Chairmen of grassroots unions and trade unions in 22 communes, wards and neighboring communes with grassroots unions under the province. The expected number of delegates is 250.
The Rach Gia Ward Trade Union and Phu Quoc Special Zone Trade Union are responsible for organizing conferences to implement documents and instructions from the Provincial Federation of Labor Standing Committee, ward and special zone trade unions related to the organization of the Trade Union Congress, term 2025 - 2030 to grassroots trade unions and unions assigned by the Provincial Federation of Labor Standing Committee to manage in October 2025.
Trade unions and unions under the Provincial Federation of Labor (except for grassroots trade unions and unions assigned by the Standing Committee of the Provincial Federation of Labor to the Rach Gia Ward Trade Union and the Phu Quoc Special Zone Trade Union) are responsible for reporting to the Party Committee (if any), heads of units and enterprises to create favorable conditions to attend the conference (one of the three above-mentioned areas).
