On December 12 and 13, 2025, the 1st City Trade Union Congress, term 2025-2030, took place at the Da Nang City Political School.
The Congress was attended by 300 official delegates representing more than 216 thousand union members in Da Nang city.
This is a congress of special significance and is considered a festival for union members in the whole city of Da Nang, and at the same time marks a fundamental change in the organizational model of the trade union apparatus in the new era of national development.
The Congress announced the decision of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor on appointing the City Trade Union Executive Committee, term I, 2025-2030, consisting of 39 comrades, a Standing Committee of 15 comrades, and an Inspection Committee of 11 comrades.
Comrade Phan Thi Thuy Linh - President of the City Labor Federation for the 2023 - 2025 term was appointed to hold the position of President of the Da Nang City Labor Federation for the 2025 - 2030 term.
The Vice Presidents of the Da Nang City Labor Federation for the 2025-2030 term include: Mr. Le Van Dai, Ms. Nguyen Thi Ngoc Anh, Ms. Ho Thi Lan Huong.
Ms. Nguyen Thi Ngoc Anh, Vice Chairman, was appointed to hold the position of Chairwoman of the Inspection Committee.
At the same time, the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor also appointed the Da Nang City Trade Union Delegation to attend the 14th Congress of the Vietnam Trade Union, including 14 official delegates and 1 absent delegate.
