The Congress took place in a solemn and democratic atmosphere, demonstrating the spirit of "Solidarity - Democracy - Discipline - Innovation - Development". The delegates seriously discussed and contributed many practical opinions to improve the effectiveness of the Trade Union organization's operations, aiming to better care for the material and spiritual life of workers and contribute to building businesses to develop more and more sustainably.
With a high sense of responsibility and trust, the Congress elected the Executive Committee of the Trade Union of Viet Hao High-end Garment Company Limited for the 2025 - 2030 term, including outstanding comrades with qualities, abilities and enthusiasm for the workers' movement.
The new Executive Committee was introduced to all delegates, demonstrating the determination to continue promoting the tradition of solidarity, proactively innovating the content and methods of Trade Union activities, associated with the company's production and business tasks.
In the coming term, the Executive Board of the Trade Union of Viet Hao High-end Garment Company Limited will identify the key goals of representing and protecting the legitimate and legal rights and interests of workers; promoting creative labor emulation movements, improving productivity and product quality; caring for and improving the material and spiritual life of officers and employees.
