The 2nd Congress has the theme "Solidarity - Democracy - Discipline - Innovation - Development", with the participation of 75 official delegates representing more than 1,000 union members and workers.
Entering the new term, the Congress identified 6 key targets, including: Ensuring that 100% of union members are fully propagandized the Party's guidelines and policies and State laws; Ensuring that 100% of affiliated units implement grassroots democracy regulations, each year introducing at least 50 outstanding union members to the Party for admission consideration; 100% of grassroots unions/member institutions conduct negotiations and sign Collective Labor Agreements; 100% of grassroots unions/member institutions launch emulation movements, over 90% complete their tasks well; Establish at least 2 new member grassroots unions and ensure 100% of units have mass women's unions; Ensure 100% of grassroots unions apply digital technology in union member management, finance and communication, conduct periodic financial inspections, ensure transparency and compliance with regulations.
The Congress elected the Executive Committee of the Trade Union Branch, term II, 2025-2030, consisting of 13 members. At the 1st Executive Committee Conference, the Executive Committee of the Trade Union Branch II elected a Standing Committee of 3 members. In which, Mr. Nguyen Huy Vuong was elected to hold the position of Chairman of the Trade Union of the Oil and Gas Power Plant Branch, term II.
Speaking at the Congress, Permanent Vice President of Petrovietnam Trade Union Nguyen Manh Kha praised the outstanding results of the Oil and Gas Power generation and Power generation and Power generation and Power generation and Power generation and Power generation and Power generation and Power generation and Business Branch Trade Union in the first term, especially the rapid organization and implementation of care for workers, effective implementation of emulation movements, and practical emulation movements, contributing to the Branch's completion of political tasks and production and business.
