In order to take care of union members' lives and support them to overcome housing difficulties, on May 31 and June 1, 2025, the Quang Binh Economic Zone Trade Union held a handover ceremony for 2 "Union Shelters" to union members at Hao Hung Quang Binh Company Limited and Ha Quang Garment Factory.
The first handover ceremony took place at the family of Mr. Vo Nam Ha - a union member of the Trade Union of Hao Hung Quang Binh Company Limited, residing in Minh Son village, Quang Dong commune, Quang Trach district. Next, the second house was handed over to Mr. Nguyen Van Phuong - a union member of Ha Quang Garment Factory, in Hoanh Vinh village, An Ninh commune, Quang Ninh district.
These are houses supported to build and repair from the Quang Binh Trade Union Fund to respond to the month of workers in 2025. With the direction of the Standing Committee of the Trade Union of Economic Zone and Trade Union of the units, the units have actively urged and supervised construction, so far the two houses have been completed and put into use on schedule.
Attending the handover ceremony were representatives of the Provincial Trade Union Social Fund Management Board, leaders of the Economic Zone Trade Union, business leaders, representatives of grassroots trade unions and central and local press agencies.
The program demonstrates the practical concern of the Trade Union organization for union members in difficult circumstances, contributing to spreading the spirit of mutual love and support, building a strong trade union organization from the grassroots.
