The Kien Giang Provincial Federation of Labor said that this is a practical work to improve reproductive health care for female union members and workers in enterprise unions. Thereby, promoting awareness in disease prevention, treatment, and health care for female union members and workers.
According to the plan, at the Trade Union of Hwaseung Rach Gia Company Limited (Thanh Loc Industrial Park, Chau Thanh District), 200 people were examined.
Tomorrow, May 14, a visit will be held to 200 female union members and workers at the Trade Unions of Tac Cau Fishing Port Area, Chau Thanh District.
Ms. Vo Thi Cam Xuyen, the factory department of Hwaseung Rach Gia Co., Ltd. shared that for about 3 years, she has not been to a gynecological examination due to busy work and conditions that do not allow. "Today I was examined and added gynecological treatment, free ultrasound to know how my health was. The doctor also advised and guided enthusiastically so that I know how to take care of my health, protect my safety. I have a free examination, the workers are very happy, and some people go to the place to visit, they do not take time to go, so they do not have to leave work, it is very convenient for sisters."

Ms. Ton Nu My Hanh - Chairman of the Trade Union of Hwaseung Rach Gia Company Limited said that the Company has nearly 7,500 union members, of which about 75% are women, so organizing examinations and gynecological examinations for them is very necessary and practical.
Ms. Hanh added: "Female workers focus on production, so regular check-ups are still limited. In addition, because the women are still scared and their living conditions are difficult, they have few visits to the doctor.
Ms. Hanh also informed that in addition to caring activities during Workers' Month, the company's Trade Union will also organize a campaign to launch emulation movements for Good Women 2 (good at work in the company, good at home) and organize football tournaments for union members and workers, both male and female.
