On July 10, the Social Insurance (SI) of the XXVII region said that this agency will continue to implement policies to support health insurance (HI) and voluntary SI for groups of subjects supported by local budgets according to the Resolutions of the People's Council of Binh Duong province (old) and the People's Council of Ba Ria Vung Tau province (old).
The Social Insurance of the XXVII region has also reported to the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee on this issue to ensure benefits under health insurance and social insurance until the expiration of the resolutions or when a new resolution is issued to replace them. Therefore, the medical examination and treatment benefits of people in the above target groups will continue to be implemented from July 1, 2025.
Previously, the People's Council of Binh Duong province (old) issued Resolution No. 15/2022/NQ-HDND on the Regulations on the level of support for voluntary social insurance and health insurance contributions for a number of subjects in Binh Duong province in the period of 2023 - 2025; Resolution No. 06/2024/NQ-HDND on the Regulations on the criteria for establishment, number of members; spending level for the Security and Order Protection Team in Binh Duong province (old).
And the People's Council of Ba Ria Vung Tau Province (former) also has Resolution No. 04/2020/NQ-HDND stipulating the level of support for health insurance for students and students studying at educational and training institutions in Ba Ria Vung Tau province (former); Resolution No. 109/NQ-HDND approving the Sustainable Poverty Reduction Program for the period of 2022-2025 in Ba Ria Vung Tau province (old); Resolution No. 04/2024/NQ-HDND stipulating the criteria of establishment and criteria on the number of members of security and order protection groups; The level of support, fostering, subsidies and ensuring operational conditions for the forces participating in the security and order protection at the grassroots level in Ba Ria Vung Tau province (former), Resolution No. 12/2024/NQ-HDND stipulating policies to support health insurance cards for people aged 65 and older permanent residents in the province.
