The conference was attended by Mr. Nguyen Hoai Thanh - Vice President of the Provincial Labor Federation.
According to the Decision of the Executive Committee of the Tay Ninh Provincial Federation of Labor, the Tan Hoi Commune Trade Union was established on the basis of the arrangement of administrative units including the two communes of Tan Hoi and Tan Hiep, currently there are 13 grassroots trade unions with 1,803 union members/1,843 workers and laborers. Mr. Doan Thanh Minh is Chairman of the Tan Hoi Commune Trade Union.
At the conference, the Executive Committee of the Tan Hoi Commune Trade Union for the 2025-2030 term officially launched and accepted the assignment. The representative of the Executive Committee expressed their determination to unite, innovate the content and methods of operation; focus on caring for and protecting the legitimate and legal rights and interests of union members and workers, while promoting the emulation movement "Good workers, creative workers", associated with building advanced new rural areas.
Speaking at the conference, Mr. Nguyen Hoai Thanh affirmed: "The establishment of the Tan Hoi Commune Trade Union is an important step to improve, creating conditions for trade union work to closely follow the grassroots, promote effective representation, protect workers, and build a strong team of union members in the digital transformation and integration period".
