Pay attention to creating sources for Party development
In June 2000, Mr. Nguyen Van Hai started working at PouYuen Vietnam Co., Ltd. (100% foreign capital, specializing in processing all kinds of shoes and sportswear for export). Thanks to always completing tasks well and being exemplary in implementing the provisions of law and company regulations, in November 2010, Mr. Hai was honored to join the Party.
Gradually striving, Mr. Hai was elected Secretary of Party Cell 5, Party Committee of PouYuen Vietnam Co., Ltd.
As a Party cell secretary in non-state enterprises, Mr. Hai himself determines that he must always be exemplary in labor and Party activities. Mr. Hai always unites with the Party cell and the company, focusing on leading 5 main tasks: Performing production and business tasks, maintaining security and order and social responsibility; political and ideological work; leading socio-political organizations in enterprises; personnel organization work and Party building work of the Party cell.
One of the key tasks that Mr. Hai himself and Party cell 5 always perform is to focus on leading the good implementation of propaganda work on the Party's guidelines and policies, and state laws related to workers in order to raise awareness among party members and workers, feel secure in working, stabilize production and promote the effectiveness of the model "Each party member is a propagandist" at production workshops.
Mr. Hai and Party Cell 5 also always pay attention to the work of creating sources and developing party members at the party cell with solutions such as: identifying outstanding mass sources associated with implementing the model of skillful mass mobilization project launched by the Company's Party Committee "Each party member introduces at least one outstanding mass to the Party for consideration and admission", considering it as criteria and conditions for considering, evaluating, and classifying excellent party members annually, and the party cell reviewing sources, which outstanding mass groups are capable of development, creating conditions and assigning party members to monitor, help, and support.
Thanks to that concern and source creation, from 2021 to now, Party Cell 5 has admitted 21 party members who are workers, raising the total number of party members of Party Cell 5 to 43 people out of a total of 243 party members of the Party Committee of PouYuen Vietnam Co., Ltd.
Caring for and accompanying party members
One of the noteworthy points is that Mr. Hai and Party Cell 5 always pay attention to implementing many models of accompanying party members of the party cell, such as: "Raising piggy banks to care for party members in difficult circumstances"; model "Establishing an executive committee to support party members to rise up in life"...
As a result, the Party Cell has supported 6 difficult party members with 120 million VND, thereby creating cohesion and spread among workers, making it more favorable for the work of creating sources for party member development in the past time.
According to Mr. Hai, Party cell secretaries or party members in non-state-owned enterprises still have to mainly perform production tasks, Party building and development work must take advantage of off-hours to implement. Therefore, Party development also has limitations, requiring the head of the Party cell to be enthusiastic, brave and profound in order to perform tasks well at the enterprise.
