High sense of responsibility, doing it thoroughly
Taking on many roles, Secretary of the Party Cell; Team Leader of the General Team; Chairwoman of the Women's Union of PH10 grassroots level of the Logistics Department of An Giang Provincial Police, Lieutenant Colonel Vu Thi Thuy Men always closely followed, urged, and performed well all assigned tasks. She herself was awarded many certificates of merit, certificates of commendation, titles and also contributed to building and helping the collective achieve many outstanding achievements.
Ms. Men said that the assigned task is to advise unit leaders to organize leadership, direction, management and operation of unit work activities; develop programs, plans and summarize and report on the situation and results of the department's work; help the Party Committee and the Department's Board of Directors implement Party building, force building and technical logistics of the unit according to regulations.
Ms. Men is always aware of her role and responsibility, always cultivates moral qualities, diligence, progressiveness, living in harmony, respecting and listening to the opinions of comrades, to train herself to become more complete.
I always take the 6 teachings of Uncle Ho as the foundation for striving and training. In my work, I always try, work with a high sense of responsibility, do it thoroughly, actively and proactively in the role of advising, and perform well the assigned responsibilities and tasks," Ms. Men shared.
In addition to professional work, as Chairwoman of the Women's Union of the Logistics Department, she always cares for and creates conditions for the union forces to maintain good routines and participate fully and actively in all aspects of the movement launched by superiors and achieve efficiency. Especially during the COVID-19 epidemic, the union organization implemented many models and tasks. Among them, the most prominent is the model and task "Volunteering to join hands for the community" which has helped farmers in many provinces consume dozens of tons of sweet potatoes, lychees, mangoes, oranges, grapefruits and other food and foodstuffs.
Participating in many activities towards grassroots levels, social volunteering, organizing many political activities, going to the source... very practical and effective. Notably, supporting the construction of 3 houses of great solidarity; organizing medical examinations and medicine distribution for more than 1,000 people; organizing 0-dong booths and vegetarian parties for people to choose from; giving over 600 gifts to poor and near-poor households, households in difficult circumstances, and studious poor students... with a total value of over 400 million VND.
Creating a vibrant emulation atmosphere
Ms. Men shared that each activity brings joy and happiness to the people, contributing to creating a beautiful image of the Police soldier in the hearts of the people. From there, creating a vibrant and positive emulation atmosphere in work, study and training, contributing to successfully completing the political tasks of the unit.

Having a proactive and creative spirit in participating in movement activities, with a good development trend," Senior Lieutenant Colonel Ngo Thanh Khoa assessed.
Ms. Men shared: "In all aspects of work, we must always maintain firm political bravery, a steadfast stance, and be exemplary in complying with the Party's guidelines and policies, and the State's laws. Learn from Uncle Ho in morality, lifestyle, simplicity, diligence, and high responsibility. The important factor is the spirit of internal solidarity, strictly complying with the assignment and mobilization of superiors, and promoting the spirit of setting an example and setting an example.
From 2022 - 2025, Ms. Men has achieved the title of Grassroots Emulation Soldier for 3 consecutive years (from 2022 - 2024) and is a cadre and party member who excellently completed her tasks. She has received many certificates of merit from the Ministry of Public Security, the Vietnam Women's Union, and the Provincial Party Committee. She personally also participated in contests to learn about Administrative Procedure Reform work, Excellent Party Cell Secretary and both won high prizes.
