Nearly 8 years in the ranks of the Party, Mr. Nguyen Duy Khanh is currently Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of Japan - Hai Phong Industrial Park, Secretary of the Party Cell of Konya Paper Co., Ltd. Mr. Khanh said that the company's Party Cell was established on December 26, 2019 with 6 party members, separated from the Trade Union - Enterprise Party Cell of the Economic Zone.
6 years since its establishment, the Party cell introduced 71 outstanding masses to attend Party awareness classes; admitted 53 party members, received 2 party members, separated 16 party members to participate in activities at Arai Company Party Cell and Boshoku Company Party Cell, and transferred the Party to their place of residence for 7 party members. Currently, the number of Party cell party members is 38 people.
In his role as secretary, Mr. Nguyen Duy Khanh directed the full and correct implementation of regulations on regular Party cell meetings, thematic meetings, and extracurricular activities; arranging and assigning Party committees as well as party members to prepare content for detailed and diverse meetings.
At the Party Committee of Japan - Hai Phong IP, in his position as Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Mr. Nguyen Duy Khanh advised the Standing Committee and the Executive Committee of the Party Committee in propaganda and organizing activities bearing the unique imprint of the Party model in FDI enterprises. In which, he advised the IP Party Committee to propose that the Party Committee of Hai Phong Economic Zone Management Board open training classes on Party awareness right in the IP, outside office hours to suit the specific working conditions and convenience for employees. Training classes were then opened, attracting hundreds of workers to participate.
Mr. Khanh and the Executive Committee of the Industrial Park Party Committee also met and contacted businesses with party members to propagate and mobilize the establishment of Party cells at enterprises. From 2022 to now, December 2025, the Party Committee has mobilized the establishment of 11 new Party cells, raising the total number of Party organizations in the industrial park from 19 Party cells to 30 Party cells.
Being both the Party cell secretary and the company's CEO, Mr. Khanh leads and directs the company's trade union to perform its responsibilities and tasks well by ensuring the rights of employees in accordance with contracts and collective labor agreements; taking care of the material and spiritual life of union members.
Business leaders sign regulations on coordination with the trade union executive committee, creating all favorable conditions for trade union activities at the grassroots level. The Party cell coordinates with the trade union to propagate, mobilize, and train outstanding masses at enterprises to participate in training classes on Party awareness, creating a source for the Party to consider, train, and admit.
In addition, movements to promote initiatives and innovations in labor production are widely supported by workers. Many initiatives and innovations have been recognized and applied to production practice, contributing to reducing time, saving raw materials, production safety, and creating value for businesses so that investors have more confidence in the activities of the Party cell and trade union.
Thanks to this, every year, Konya Vietnam Paper Co., Ltd. excellently completes the set plan, complies with the law, and the company's internal solidarity. Employee benefits are always at a high level compared to the industrial park ground. The company has never experienced collective work stoppages or labor safety and hygiene incidents.
