The Ministry of Home Affairs has reviewed and reported to the Government Party Committee on the transfer of officials to the civil service payroll.

According to the investigation of Lao Dong reporter on December 24, the Ministry of Transport and the provinces of Bac Kan, Binh Phuoc, and Dak Lak have just proposed to transfer the career establishment to the civil service establishment in agencies and organizations performing state management functions and assign civil service establishment to administrative organizations with special mechanisms and incomes that have not been assigned civil service establishment.

The Ministry of Home Affairs said that in order for the management of payroll for the 2022-2026 period to comply with legal regulations, the Government Party Committee has reported to the Central Steering Committee on payroll management and the Politburo on transferring the payroll of civil servants working at organizations performing state management functions to the civil servant payroll and assigning civil servant payroll to a number of administrative organizations with special financial and income mechanisms that have not been assigned civil servant payrolls of ministries, branches and localities in Submission No. 2439-TTr/BCSDCP dated November 17, 2023.

Pursuant to Conclusion No. 01-KL/TW dated March 27, 2024 of the Central Steering Committee on payroll management regarding the results of payroll management work of the political system, the Ministry of Home Affairs has reviewed and reported to the Government Party Committee on the transfer of the number of officials actually working in civil servant positions in organizations performing state management functions of a number of ministries, branches and localities into civil servant payrolls.

Including maritime ports, airport ports, inland waterway ports under the Departments of the Ministry of Transport; stations and districts under the Departments of the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development; Binh Phuoc province, Bac Kan province, Dak Lak province.

And assign civil servant positions to a number of administrative organizations with special financial and income mechanisms that have not been assigned civil servant positions.

Including the Vietnam Register under the Ministry of Transport) to submit to the Central Steering Committee on payroll management and the Politburo for consideration and decision.

After the competent authority has commented, it will be the basis for ministries, branches and localities to implement.
