On the morning of September 12, the Labor Federation (LDF) of Nghe An province coordinated with the Party Committee of provincial Party agencies to organize the opening ceremony of the 2026 Party awareness training class for 106 outstanding trade union members.
Attending the opening ceremony were Mr. Nguyen Dinh Hung - Standing Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Nghe An province; Mr. Kha Van Tam - Chairman of the Nghe An Provincial Labor Federation and representatives of agencies and units.
At the class, students were taught basic contents about the history of the Communist Party of Vietnam, the Platform for building the country in the transitional period to socialism, the Party Charter, Ho Chi Minh's ideology, ethics, and style, and contents related to the process of striving to become a party member.
This is the first time the Nghe An Provincial Labor Federation has organized a training class on Party awareness specifically for outstanding trade union members, aiming to discover, nurture, create sources and introduce outstanding union members for the Party to consider and admit.
Speaking at the opening ceremony, Mr. Ngo Dinh Vien - Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of Party agencies of Nghe An province - said that developing party members is not simply increasing the number of people in the ranks of the Party, but it is important to discover truly outstanding factors with qualities, capacity, prestige and sense of responsibility.

According to Mr. Ngo Dinh Vien, this requirement is even more meaningful in the context that the private economic sector is playing an increasingly important role, creating many jobs and attracting a large force of workers.
Currently, Nghe An is implementing Project No. 11-DA/TU dated January 30, 2026 of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee on developing party members and party organizations in private enterprises, foreign-invested enterprises and specialized fields and areas in the period 2026-2030.
“Organizing classes is one of the specific activities to implement that policy” - Mr. Ngo Dinh Vien emphasized.

Mr. Ngo Dinh Vien requested the trainees after the course to continue to show their striving process with specific actions such as improving responsibility in work, seriously performing tasks, being proactive in the face of difficulties, maintaining prestige in the collective and knowing how to harmonize personal interests with common interests.
For union members working in enterprises, striving to become party members needs to be expressed by labor results, organizational discipline awareness, spirit of responsibility, creativity and exemplary behavior in relationships with colleagues.
Through the training class, trade union organizations and Party committees at all levels continue to monitor, train, create sources, and introduce union members who meet the conditions to be considered for Party admission.
