Mr. Tran Manh Dung, born in 1986, is Head of the General Department, Vice Chairman of the Trade Union of MobiFone Network Center (MobiFone Telecommunications Corporation - People's Police Trade Union).
Mr. Dung is a grassroots-level emulation soldier for 5 years (2021-2025); has many initiatives to improve production and business efficiency and trade union work. More preciously, Ms. Pham Hai Linh - Mr. Dung's wife, who is a specialist at MobiFone Telecommunications Corporation, also has many initiatives recognized by the Science and Technology and Innovation Council of the Corporation. Mr. Dung said that in his work, he regularly innovates and researches good practices and effective practices to help improve the quality of human resources, contributing to improving work efficiency at the MobiFone Network Center. At the same time, promptly promote units in the Center to successfully complete emulation and commendation movements. The results in all aspects of work have all exceeded the assigned targets.
He also actively participates in proposing new initiatives and technical solutions, contributing to optimizing the operating process and improving the production and business efficiency of the unit. From 2021-2025, he has 15 initiatives that have been practically applied and recognized. At the same time, proactively applying new technologies in daily work and spreading the spirit of creativity, promoting colleagues to constantly innovate and improve professional capacity.
In his role as Vice Chairman of the Trade Union of MobiFone Network Center, Mr. Dung coordinated with professional departments to launch emulation movements to encourage officials, employees, and workers to enthusiastically work hard, be creative, and strive to complete and exceed production and business targets. In addition, he actively and enthusiastically participated in all professional knowledge and trade union work skills competitions organized by trade unions at all levels, achieving high results.
Besides social work, as a husband and father in the family, I always proactively share housework, take care of and raise children with my wife, thereby creating a harmonious, responsible and cohesive living environment. Thanks to this companionship, my wife has good working conditions," Mr. Dung said.
Mr. Dung added that his family has three generations living together, all family members share, love and respect each other thanks to exemplary grandparents and filial children and grandchildren.
Both honored to be 1 of 95 families of workers, civil servants, and laborers who have just been honored by the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor, Mr. Dung said that for him, family is always a solid foundation, a peaceful support and the greatest motivation for him to constantly strive in his work every day.

This timely concern and encouragement makes me even more believe in the trade union organization - which is truly the second home to protect and accompany workers. This will be a valuable spiritual stepping stone for me to continue to contribute, strive harder and excellently complete all tasks in the coming time," Mr. Dung emotionally shared.
