On July 7, the Ca Mau Provincial Employment Service Center organized a job transaction session in 2026 in Hoa Binh commune, and at the same time propagated and warned workers about the fraudulent recruitment tricks that are becoming complicated.
According to the Ca Mau Provincial Employment Service Center, recently, many subjects impersonating center officials have appeared, posting recruitment information with invitations "light job, high salary", then requesting workers to transfer deposits or pay application fees to appropriate assets.

The Center affirms that all counseling, job introduction and vocational training support activities are carried out publicly, transparently and completely free of charge through the Ca Mau Provincial Employment Service Center, direct counseling points, AI virtual assistant switchboard, Zalo OA and official Fanpage. Workers are advised not to transfer money without verifying recruitment information and only contact through official channels.
In addition to propaganda, the job transaction session also focused on introducing the program of sending workers to work abroad under contract - one of the solutions to create jobs and improve sustainable income for rural workers.
For seasonal labor orders, people aged 18 to 50 can register to participate. Recruitment conditions do not require high levels of education or foreign languages, creating opportunities for many local workers to access jobs abroad.
According to Ms. Quach Thanh Thoang - Director of the Ca Mau Provincial Employment Service Center, participating in the transaction session, workers have direct access to official recruitment information sources, and are advised on choosing careers that suit their abilities and needs.
Currently, Ca Mau province has issued Resolution No. 01 and Decision No. 1312 to support workers going to work abroad under contracts. Accordingly, workers are entitled to borrow up to 100% of the contract implementation costs, with a loan amount of no more than 200 million VND from the Vietnam Bank for Social Policies, preferential interest rate of 6.24%/year and a repayment term suitable for the time working abroad.
According to the Ca Mau Provincial Employment Service Center, strengthening warnings about fraudulent tricks, along with expanding opportunities to access formal employment and policies to support labor export, will contribute to helping workers choose safe and stable jobs, improve income and ensure social security.
