Commemorating the 97th anniversary of the founding of the Vietnam Trade Union (July 28, 1929 - July 28, 2026), on July 27, the dining room space of Pinetree One Member Limited Company in Tra Ban 1 hamlet, Vinh Loi commune, Ca Mau province was more bustling and cozy than usual. 1,579 workers, including 1,385 union members, gathered together in an event imbued with the imprint of a representative organization, caring for workers.

Unlike regular mid-shift meals, today's meal quality has been improved to 70,000 VND/person, bringing practical joy to workers.

To achieve this improvement, a total budget of more than 110 million VND has been mobilized from the joint efforts and consensus between the two sides. Specifically, the grassroots Trade Union has proactively prepared a report, closely followed the grassroots level and was supported by the Ca Mau Provincial Labor Federation with 50,000 VND/person. At the same time, the Trade Union successfully negotiated and persuaded the Company's Board of Directors to contribute an additional 20,000 VND/person.

The value of the event is not only in financial figures or the deliciousness of the dish. In this dining space, the distance between business leaders, trade union officials and workers is drawn closest. They sit at the same table, chat together, share their thoughts and aspirations in both work and daily life. That is a precious moment of understanding, contributing to building harmonious, stable and progressive labor relations.

Trade Union Meal" at Pinetree has truly fulfilled its mission of spreading warmth, consolidating belief, affirming that the Trade Union organization is always a reliable support, striving to best care for union members from the most practical and simple needs.
