According to Major General Pham Kim Dinh, in the joyful atmosphere of the early days of Binh Ngo Spring 2026, implementing the Party and State's policy on environmental protection and sustainable forest development, implementing Uncle Ho's teachings on the "Tet tree planting" movement, towards the 78th anniversary of President Ho Chi Minh's 6 teachings to the People's Public Security Forces (March 11, 1948 - March 11, 2026), the Department of Political Work in coordination with the Department of Entrepreneurship and Technology organized the Launching Ceremony of "Tet tree planting, forever remembering Uncle Ho" at Ba Vi National Park.
With the spirit of being exemplary and taking the lead in implementing the guidelines and policies of the Party and the State, in recent years, the Police force in general, and the Department of Political Work in particular, including the People's Police Trade Union organization, have always identified environmental protection, forest protection and development as a strategic and long-term task, closely linked to the goal of sustainable national development, ensuring national defense, security and social security. The activities of planting trees at the beginning of Spring are maintained regularly, contributing to spreading awareness of nature protection, building the image of police soldiers close to the people, serving the people," Major General Pham Kim Dinh emphasized.

According to the plan, the program will plant 20,000 green trees in a 5-year period (2026 – 2030) on a 5-ha garden scale, contributing to restoring the ecosystem, increasing forest cover, and creating a sustainable ecological space for the community, contributing to greening vacant land, preserving forest ecosystems and strongly spreading the message of living in harmony with nature.
Immediately after the launching ceremony, Major General Pham Kim Dinh requested units to coordinate to participate in implementing the program to develop specific tree planting plans for each year and each stage; select tree species suitable for the planning, soil and ecosystem of Ba Vi National Park; and at the same time clearly define the responsibility for care and protection after planting; absolutely do not organize ostentatious, formalistic, wasteful launches, with the spirit of "planting which tree, living well of that tree"...
