An Giang Provincial Labor Federation has just coordinated with the grassroots Trade Union (CĐCS) of Hwaseung Rach Gia Co., Ltd. to implement a series of activities towards union members and workers (NLĐ). The activities are organized throughout many days, attracting nearly 1,000 union members and workers to participate, contributing to creating a vibrant emulation atmosphere and continuing to affirm the role of the Trade Union organization in caring for and accompanying workers.
The 4th Hwaseung Cup Trade Union Football Tournament in 2026 with the participation of 14 teams and 135 athletes. The tournament creates a playground for union members and employees to exchange, train physically, and strengthen solidarity between departments in the company. Continuing the series of activities, the Company's Trade Union organized a meeting, congratulated union members with birthdays in the month and presented 429 gifts with a total budget of nearly 500 million VND, contributing to encouraging them to feel secure in their work and stick with the business.

In parallel with care activities, the grassroots trade union of Hwaseung Rach Gia Co., Ltd. also coordinates to deploy surveys and assess the actual situation of implementing emulation movements after arranging and streamlining the trade union apparatus according to the plan of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor. Through surveys, the Trade Union organization continues to record thoughts, aspirations, advantages and difficulties in the process of implementing emulation movements at enterprises, as a basis for proposing solutions to improve the effectiveness of Trade Union activities in the coming time.
An Giang Provincial Labor Federation also coordinated with the Provincial Police and the Provincial Center for Disease Control to organize two conferences to disseminate laws on drug prevention and control and social evils; and at the same time disseminate knowledge about reproductive health care, prevention and early screening for cervical cancer and breast cancer to union members and employees of the company. In addition to equipping themselves with knowledge about reproductive health care and disease screening, they are also given health check-ups right at the enterprise, helping to detect risk factors early, proactively protect their health and maintain their ability to work.
The voluntary blood donation day organized by the An Giang Provincial Labor Federation in coordination with the grassroots trade union of Hwaseung Rach Gia Co., Ltd., the Provincial Red Cross Society and the Department of Hematology - Blood Transfusion (Kien Giang General Hospital) attracted more than 150 officials, union members, and workers to participate. Thereby receiving 132 units of blood, contributing to supplementing blood sources to serve emergency and treatment of patients.

According to Ms. Ton Nu My Hanh, Chairwoman of the Grassroots Trade Union of Hwaseung Rach Gia Co., Ltd., the activities are implemented closely following the plan of the An Giang Provincial Labor Federation and receive the companionship and facilitation of the Company's Board of Directors.
Ms. Hanh said: "We aim for practical activities, which must be suitable for the needs of union members and workers. When the Trade Union and the Board of Directors accompany and care for workers, labor relations are increasingly harmonious and stable, creating motivation for them to feel secure in working, attached to businesses and actively respond to emulation movements launched by the Trade Union".
As one of the union members actively participating in activities, Ms. Dao Thi My Phuong, a mechanical worker, said that she used to work in Dong Nai, then returned to her hometown and worked at Hwaseung Rach Gia Co., Ltd.

I clearly feel the closeness and companionship of the Trade Union organization. In addition to taking care of life, the Trade Union regularly organizes cultural and sports activities, legal propaganda and health care, creating opportunities for union members to exchange, learn experiences and connect with each other. Every time I participate in activities, I feel encouraged and cheered to work better.
