Article 53 of Decree No. 170/2025/ND-CP stipulates the dismissal of civil servants in leadership and management positions
1. The consideration of dismissal of civil servants in leadership and management positions is carried out in the following cases:
a) Dis disciplined with a reprimand or warning;
b) Having more than 2/3 of the low credit votes at the voting period as prescribed by the competent authority;
c) Classify quality to the level of failing to complete tasks;
d) Being concluded by competent authorities to have degraded political ideology, ethics, lifestyle, "self-evolution", "self-transformation"; violating things that party members are not allowed to do; violating the responsibility to set an example, negatively affecting the reputation of themselves and the agency, organization, or unit where they are working;
d) Being concluded by a competent authority to violate political standards according to regulations on internal political protection of the Party to the extent of being dismissed;
e) A civil servant in charge of leading or managing is the person who heads the agency, organization or unit under his/her management, responsibility or direct subordinate to commit very serious corruption or negativity;
g) Other cases as prescribed by law.
