Attending the program were Mr. Trieu Tai Phong - Vice Chairman of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee, Chairman of the Tuyen Quang Provincial Labor Federation, along with union members and workers of MSA YB Co., Ltd.
MSA YB Co., Ltd. specializes in producing, trading, and processing garments for export. The company currently has 1,668 workers, with an average income of 7.5 million VND/person/month and the basic life of workers is guaranteed.
At the program, Vice President of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor Phan Van Anh visited and inquired about the employment situation and lives of workers and acknowledged and praised the company's efforts in caring for and creating jobs and income for workers.


The Vice President of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor requested MSA YB Co., Ltd. to continue to improve and enhance working conditions, environment, occupational safety and health, and quality of meals for workers; ensure good regimes, policies, and legitimate rights so that employees can feel secure and attached.
At the same time, Vice President of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor Phan Van Anh also requested the Tuyen Quang Provincial Labor Federation to continue to better promote the work of caring for and promptly grasping the thoughts and legitimate aspirations of workers, thereby promptly proposing and suggesting appropriate adjustments to businesses.


On this occasion, Vice President of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor Phan Van Anh and the working delegation presented 100 gifts, each worth 1 million VND in cash, to 100 workers in difficult circumstances of MSA YB Co., Ltd.
This is one of many activities affirming the concern and companionship of the trade union organization with union members and workers, contributing to encouraging employees to continue to strive to work, be attached to businesses, and join hands to build a stable and developed working environment.
