On the afternoon of December 29, the Provincial General Hospital of Traditional Medicine and Pharmacy - Functional Rehabilitation organized the Congress to establish the grassroots Trade Union, term I, term 2025 - 2030.
Mr. Be Dang Khoa - Vice Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, Chairman of the Cao Bang Provincial Labor Federation attended and directed the congress.
The Provincial General Hospital of Traditional Medicine and Pharmacy - Rehabilitation currently has 139 officials and employees, working in 13 departments and professional rooms.
The team of officials and employees is stable in ideology, has professional qualifications, a high sense of responsibility, and well complies with the Party's guidelines, policies, laws of the State and industry regulations; has legitimate needs and aspirations to participate in trade union organizations to care for life, protect their legitimate rights and interests.
In the process of mobilizing the establishment of the Trade Union organization, the Mobilization Committee received close attention and direction from the Provincial Labor Federation; the leadership and facilitation of the Party Committee, the Board of Directors of the Hospital and the active response of the collective of officials and employees.
As a result, 100% of hospital officials and employees voluntarily wrote applications to join the Trade Union organization, meeting the conditions according to regulations to establish grassroots trade unions.
With the spirit of democracy, solidarity, and high unity, the Congress elected the Executive Committee of the grassroots Trade Union, term I, term 2025 - 2030, consisting of 5 comrades. Ms. Trieu Thi Kieu, Head of the Planning - General Department, holds the position of Chairwoman of the grassroots Trade Union, term I, term 2025 - 2030.
Speaking to direct the Congress, Mr. Be Dang Khoa - Chairman of the Provincial Labor Federation acknowledged and praised the spirit of responsibility, solidarity, and consensus of the collective of hospital officials and employees in establishing the Trade Union organization.
At the same time, he requested the grassroots Trade Union to soon stabilize the organization, build regulations and operating programs in the earliest time, and promote the role of representing, caring for, and protecting the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of union members.
