On September 22, information from the Cao Bang Provincial Labor Federation, the unit is receiving entries for the photo and video clip contest with the theme "Female union members and workers of Cao Bang shine in labor, work and life".
The contest aims to record authentic images and beautiful stories about female union members and workers in production, work, family life and trade union activities.
The work can reflect the spirit of overcoming difficulties in remote, isolated, and border areas; initiatives, technology applications; social security activities, environmental protection; the beauty of ethnic costumes, occupations and sharing in the family.
Individuals or groups of authors of no more than 5 people, inside and outside Cao Bang province, can participate in both categories.
The character in the work must be a female union member, a worker currently working at a grassroots trade union or a grassroots trade union directly under the Cao Bang Provincial Labor Federation.
People who operate professionally, do business or regularly provide paid services in the fields of photography, filming, and video production are not allowed to participate.
In the photo category, each individual or group of authors is allowed to submit a maximum of 10 works. The photo must be in JPG, JPEG or PNG format, side length of at least 1,920 pixels, size from 1 MB; with title and introduction not exceeding 100 words.
For video clips, each author or group of authors is allowed to submit a maximum of 5 works, duration from 1 to 5 minutes, MP4 format, minimum HD 720p quality and no more than 300 MB of storage.
The organizers encourage videos with a vertical frame of 9:16 and Vietnamese subtitles.
The work must be completed from January 1, 2026 until the deadline for receiving entries, has not won a prize in another competition, and has not been used for commercial purposes.
The organizers do not accept the use of artificial intelligence to create, delete, replace or distort characters, words, actions and real contexts.

The works through the preliminary selection will be posted and communicated before online voting from 8:00 AM on October 19th to 10:00 PM on November 3rd. Interaction points are only used to determine the "Most Favorite Work on Fanpage" award in the photo category.
